Missions

Powerling is seeking a Content & Multimedia Project Manager to lead content and multimedia projects from early discovery through final delivery. This role requires strong ownership of client engagement, project scoping, quoting, negotiation, sourcing, and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard.

You will support the solutions & sales team by turning business and content requirements into actionable scopes, timelines, and deliverables while overseeing multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Scoping

  • Lead client meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions

  • Gather and analyze requirements, translating them into clear scopes of work

  • Define deliverables, timelines, assumptions, and dependencies

  • Manage scope changes and align client expectations throughout the project lifecycle

  • Coordinate the projects with

Commercial & Proposal Management

  • Prepare detailed project estimates, quotes, and proposals

  • Negotiate budgets, timelines, and deliverables with clients

  • Support commercial decision-making with awareness of costs and margins

Project & Production Management

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of content and multimedia projects

  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners

  • Source and manage freelancers, vendors, and production partners

  • Ensure quality control, project     alignment, and timely delivery

  • Ensure communication with the clients

Tools & Content Systems

  • Oversee content development using tools such as:

    • Adobe Creative Suite

    • Articulate Storyline

    • Figma

    • Content Management Systems (CMS)

    • CAT tools

Profil

  • Fluent French & English

  • 3+ years of experience in content, multimedia, or project management roles

  • Strong experience leading client meetings and presentations

  • Proven ability to scope projects, prepare quotes, and manage budgets

  • Experience negotiating with clients and suppliers

  • Solid understanding of content, multimedia, and digital production workflows

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience delivering learning, digital, or multimedia content

  • Experience using CAT tools

  • Experience working with localization or marketing agencies
