Missions

As an SDR, you’ll be on the front line of our sales team, connecting with new prospects and creating opportunities for growth for the Benelux market.

After onboarding and training, you will:

  • Research and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

  • Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Managers.

  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities

  • Learn about our markets, services, and client challenges.

  • Keep our CRM up to date and contribute to team goals.

Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field

  • First experience in sales, customer service, or strong motivation to grow in B2B sales.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (other languages are a plus!)

  • Proactive, persistent, and curious — with a true “hunter” mindset.

  • Organized and comfortable with digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn, etc.).
